		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, I remember learning about that with colored pencils now that you say it. Weird isn&#039;t it? I never learned why that is though. I do remember that shadows should never be pure black/grey. I&#039;ve tried using just black/grey in shadows and it does look strange. It&#039;s too dark! I usually mix in some blue, but I had forgotten about the complimentary color bit. Thanks for the reminder!&lt;/p&gt;
